Desired Competencies (Technical Competency)
Must-Have
Hands-on experience with Test automation tools and have experience in testing data engineering pipelines and software applications.
Experience in programming/scripting language: Python
Working knowledge of Pytest frame or another Python testing frameworks
Experience with Locust (pref), JMeter, Blaze meter performance testing tools
Experience on Open Telemetry, Observability
Solid Experience in Performance Tests - Load, Stress, scalability
Experience with Game Days, DR, Resilience Tests, Chaos Tests
2+ Experience in working in AWS cloud environment and AWS services like AWS DLT, S3, ECS etc
Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) approaches
Clear understanding of defect lifecycle, reporting, and issue tracking tools like Jira.
Working knowledge of API testing, backend validations, and functional automation.
Good-to-Have
Basic understanding of Containers (Docker) and CI/CD processes.
Strong collaboration skills and a mindset for quality ownership
Good experience working in Agile methodology an scrum cerimonies
Experience with version control systems like Git, Bitbucket, GitHub or Gitlab.
