Job description for Team Lead – Employee Benefit
Key Responsibilities:
Review claims processed by the team for correctness and completeness.
Serve as SPOC for stakeholders addressing inquiries and providing updates.
Guide the team of processors and oversee their performance.
Analyze claims to identify trends, detect potential frauds and areas of Improvements.
Diligently attend to escalation
Publishing reports to leadership on performance metrices
Maintain Proper documentation of processes and cross skilling of resources
Ensure SLA’s & KPI’s are consistently met.
Work Experience:
~ 6 to 10 years of experience managing claim reimbursements, especially travel claims.
~ Minimum 1.5 Years as Team Lead, Minimum 10 Team members managed
Skills and Qualification:
Commerce Graduate.
Strong Communication skills.
Analytical and Problem solving bent of mind.
Able to work under pressure to meet timelines.
Able to effectively collaborate.
Customer Centric behavior.
Technical Experience
Experience in MS Outlook, MS Excel, SAP
Must Have Skill : Travel Claims Processing, Reimbursement, MS Excel, SAP HCM/ERP Tool/SuccessFactors, Minimum 1.5 Years as Team Lead, Minimum 10 Team members managed
