This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Chief Executive Officer – B2B SaaS, HR Tech, German Speaker based in United Kingdom.
This future CEO role offers the opportunity to lead a product-led B2B SaaS business in the HR tech and workforce management space.
You will own the company’s P&L, strategy, growth, culture and overall performance while guiding the business through its next stage of scale.
The initial focus is on the German market, with potential to expand internationally and take on additional complementary brands over time.
You will combine strong product and marketing leadership with commercial judgment, operational discipline and hands-on execution.
Working with leadership, board-level stakeholders and a broader SaaS community, you will shape go-to-market, product and organizational strategy.
The role offers significant autonomy similar to running a founder-led business, supported by an experienced international network and shared resources.
