About Your New Job
As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will:
Design and deliver ServiceNow workflow solutions, integrating AI and best practices to drive business value and consistency across multiple projects.
Translate complex requirements into technical specifications and user stories, ensuring solutions align with business goals.
Lead workshops, assess current processes, and define future-state technical solutions, leveraging AI to optimize workflows and guide innovation.
Independently manage small project teams, coaching and mentoring fellow consultants, and driving high-quality technical delivery and documentation.
Collaborate with regional Delivery Heads, Engagement Managers, and Business Process Consultants on technical solutions tailored to local client needs.
What Skills You Need
8+ years’ professional services/consulting experience within ServiceNow.
Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform implementation with related certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS).
Hands-on experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, and problem-solving.
Strong ability to coach, document, independently manage projects, and resolve complex technical issues.
Comfortable guiding clients through technical discussions, documentation, and responsible AI adoption.
Desirable: Deeper industry domain expertise, additional certifications, and experience managing resource scheduling across multiple projects.
What's on Offer
Contract Duration: 1 year
Pay rate: 700€ per day
Working Model: Work remotely and travel onsite to client locations as needed for project delivery and collaboration.
