Job Description :
Position Description: The System Analyst is accountable for providing technical designs and delivering solutions for the SAP Print Workbench and Billing areas for a bill redesign project. This includes converting business requirements into technical designs that align with the project requirements, developing/configuring the billing/bill print solution, refactoring Print Workbench code, unit testing the solution, and supporting the solution delivery through all phases of testing and implementation.
Detailed Description: Reporting to the Project Manager, this position is accountable for:
• Analyzing business requirements and developing high-quality technical specifications
• Designing, refactoring, and developing print workbench and billing-related changes in SAP S/4HANA IS-U
• Participating in testing processes related to the changes
• Supporting integrations between Print Workbench and core modules like Billing/Invoicing, FICA, Device Management, and CRM
• Adhering to the technical standards and guidelines
Standard Skill Set:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in Computing Science, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
• 5+ years’ experience in SAP S4 Hana ISU Print Workbench performing design and development changes for complex utility billing
• Experience in SAP S4 Hana ISU development product suite(s) is required in the following areas:
o ABAP Programming
o Business Objects / Data Modelling
• Techno-Functional expertise – ability to perform both SAP functional and technical roles
Preferred Skills: Requested Skills considered an advantage but not required:
• Experience in CRM, FICA, Market Transaction, DM/PM areas of SAP ISU is considered an asset
