Role Description The Talent Acquisition Manager – Restaurant Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring for restaurant operations positions across all brands, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding talent. The manager will collaborate closely with restaurant leadership to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and build strong talent pipelines for front-of-house, back-of-house, and management roles. Day-to-day activities include coordinating recruitment campaigns, managing job postings, conducting interviews, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves tracking recruitment metrics, optimizing hiring processes, and partnering with HR to support retention and workforce planning in line with business growth.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills to manage end-to-end hiring processes for restaurant operations roles.
Candidates should possess expertise in Interviewing and Hiring to assess talent effectively and make timely, high-quality hiring decisions.
Candidates should possess capabilities in Employer Branding to promote Roshan Minar Hospitality LLP as an employer of choice in the food and beverage industry.
Candidates should possess solid stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate with restaurant leaders and operations teams.
Candidates should possess strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to handle multiple vacancies and shifting priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in recruiting for hospitality, restaurant, or retail operations roles is highly beneficial.
