Electrical Design & Integration Autonomous Vehicle Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Electrical and Electronics Design Engineer to
join our hardware development team on-site, contributing to the design, integration,
and testing of electrical and electronic systems for autonomous passenger vehicles
developed for high-speed applications.
Requirements
Must-Haves
Electrical schematics, design and reading of electrical diagrams, with a focus on automotive wiring harnesses and connectors.
Electrical dimensioning and integration, sizing and integrating electrical components within complex systems.
Automation sensors, working knowledge of LiDAR, radar, camera-based perception systems and GPS.
PCB design, basic to intermediate experience designing printed circuit boards.
CAD design, familiarity with CAD tools for 3D design (nice to have: experience with 3D printing).
Software programming, ability to program ECUs and electronic components. (nice to have: Matlab/Simulink, Python)
Embedded controllers, foundational understanding of embedded systems and microcontroller.
Driving license valid in the EU
Startup mentality: ownership, speed, hands-on, and high standards
Fluent English (Dutch is a plus)

Nice-to-Haves
Previous experience or exposure to automotive or motorsport projects (academic teams, internships or personal projects).
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and clean integration
A genuine passion for high-performance autonomous vehicle technology.
