I’m helping Scale Nearshoring find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Senior Hybrid Cloud Architect.
You will drive enterprise modernization by implementing scalable and robust technical solutions.
Compensation:
USD 2K - 6K/month
Location:
Remote (for Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, Paraguay, and Peru residents)

What makes you a strong candidate:
You have +7 years experience in IT infrastructure.
You are proficient in Virtualization, VMware, Storage engineering, IT disaster recovery, Hybrid cloud.
English - Fully fluent
Responsibilities and more:
Implement and document technical solutions based on defined requirements and architectural guidelines.
Implement enterprise solutions in collaboration with engineering and delivery teams.
Participate in system migrations, upgrades, integrations, and modernization initiatives.
Conduct solution assessments and assist with proof of concepts (POCs) and pilot implementations.
Ensure solutions align with organizational standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and recommend effective resolutions.
Collaborate with Senior Architects to maintain architectural consistency across projects.
Develop technical documentation, diagrams, and deployment guides for project teams.
Provide technical support to delivery teams during implementation.
Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
