Brand Visual Designer

We're looking for a strong individual contributor to join our kickass design team as a Visual Designer. As an award-winning design studio, we help brands — big and small — improve their online presence through design, strategy, and branding
has 1-3 years of experience in digital design (preferably website and web-app design)
has medium-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop & Illustrator)
has a good understanding of how UI combines front-end tools
has sound knowledge of typography, color, and gestalt principles
a good understanding of identity design, grid systems, communication design (Social Media, Ad creatives & Mainline), editorial layouts among other things
is a problem solver: Finding problems is good. Proposing solutions is even better
is opinionated: why does your solution work?

is good at giving and receiving feedback: We leave the ego at the door because the end result is what matters
