Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – India Staffing
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with 3 to 5 years of experience in India Staffing and Recruitment Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Candidates with an existing network of clients, hiring managers, HR professionals, and active business leads will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients across the Indian market.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Teams, Hiring Managers, and key stakeholders.
Identify client staffing requirements and collaborate with recruitment teams for successful delivery.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, market research, and business development activities.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close new business opportunities.
Expand existing accounts and identify opportunities for additional staffing services.
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
Track and update business development activities using CRM tools.
Stay informed about industry trends, hiring demands, and competitor activities.
Required Skills
3 to 5 years of experience in Business Development within India Staffing, Recruitment, or Workforce Solutions.
Proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating business revenue.
Strong understanding of end-to-end staffing and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term clients.
Self-driven with a target-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
Existing client base, active leads, or strong connections within India's staffing and recruitment industry.
Established relationships with HRs, Talent Acquisition Teams, Hiring Managers, and business leaders.
Experience in IT Staffing, Non-IT Staffing, Contract Staffing, or Permanent Hiring solutions.
Ability to bring immediate business opportunities through existing industry contacts.
