Customer Relations Officer

The Customer Relations Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, and providing timely updates on project progress. Responsibilities include managing client communications, addressing concerns, coordinating with internal design and project teams, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle. The role also includes maintaining client records, gathering feedback for service improvement, and supporting efforts to build long-term client relationships.
