Role Description The OPT Recruiter role at Maxon IT Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Kondapur. The OPT Recruiter will source, screen, and interview OPT candidates, maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent, and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include posting job openings, conducting initial candidate assessments, scheduling interviews, and managing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. The role also involves building relationships with universities and training institutes, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and collaborating with internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines. The OPT Recruiter is expected to ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting staffing goals and adhering to company policies and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly with OPT or campus hiring, and talent sourcing through various channels.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain candidate and stakeholder relationships.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms to manage and track recruitment activities.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of IT roles and skills, along with basic knowledge of OPT, CPT, and related immigration guidelines (experience with US staffing is a mandatory).
Ability to work on-site in Kondapur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and uphold inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices.
