Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Ticketing Executive role based in Thrissur. The Ticketing Executive will manage ticket sales and reservations for various travel services, including flights, trains, buses, and holiday packages. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing travel information, processing bookings, issuing tickets, and updating customer records in ticketing and reservation systems. The role involves coordinating with vendors and service providers, resolving booking issues, and ensuring accurate pricing and timely ticket issuance. The Ticketing Executive will also support basic sales and promotional activities, maintain service standards, and contribute to a smooth customer experience at the office.
