Role Description We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably with prior retail industry experience.
Location :Noida Sector-63 (6 days working 10 AM -6 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through Instagram, WhatsApp, and email.
Manage incoming calls and provide accurate and helpful responses.
Work on Shopify and Return Prime for order, return, and exchange management.
Make outbound calls regarding returns, collect customer feedback, and work towards retention.
Handle daily tasks and assignments as required and adapt to changing priorities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service experience.
Hands-on experience with Instagram chats, WhatsApp, and email communication.
Excellent verbal and written communication and convincing skills.
Prior retail experience is required.
Working knowledge of Shopify and Return Prime, or the ability to learn quickly.
Strong multitasking and adaptability.
