Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Bengaluru, India. This is an on-site role where the manager will oversee supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory management, supply coordination, procurement processes, and strategizing to optimize supply chain efficiency. The Supply Chain Manager will ensure smooth operations, effective supplier relationships, and cost management in alignment with organizational goals and customer requirements.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Demand Planning and forecasting to ensure optimal stock availability and efficient resource allocation.
Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Expertise in Supply Management and Inventory Management to maintain smooth workflow and minimize costs.
Experience in Procurement, vendor negotiation, and managing supply agreements effectively.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools is beneficial.
