Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IoT Developer / Faculty role based in Tiruchirappalli. The role involves designing and developing IoT applications, integrating hardware and software components, and working with platforms such as Raspberry Pi and related sensors and communication modules. In addition, the IoT Developer / Faculty is expected to design and deliver training sessions, labs, and workshops, prepare instructional materials and project guidelines, and mentor learners on IoT concepts, programming practices, and solution architecture. Day-to-day responsibilities include coding, testing, and debugging IoT solutions, supervising student or trainee projects, staying current with IoT trends and tools, and collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve course content and learning outcomes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Internet of Things (IoT) concepts, architectures, and practical implementation.
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Programming, including experience with relevant languages used in IoT solutions.
Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Raspberry Pi or similar microcontroller and single-board computer platforms.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Inductive Output Tube (IOT) or related electronic components and circuits, where applicable.
Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields are beneficial.
Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in a technical environment is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and the capacity to explain complex technical topics in an accessible way are important.
Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and learners, and commitment to maintaining an inclusive and respectful learning environment.
