Marketing Executive

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive who can move comfortably between on-ground field
marketing, marketing planning and growth strategy, and basic digital execution. This is a dual-focus
role: the majority of your time supports SKC Engineering's marketing and lead-generation efforts, while a part of your work involves vendor and partner engagement for RajKanya's city-wise shopkeeper
partnership program.
Key Responsibilities
On-Ground Marketing
• Represent SKC Engineering at industry events, site visits, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective industrial clients, contractors, and channel
partners.
• Distribute marketing collateral and coordinate on-site branding at project locations and events.
• Gather field intelligence on competitors, pricing, and market demand to inform strategy.
• Identify new growth channels, partnerships, and market segments for SKC Engineering.
Digital Marketing (Working Knowledge)
• Support execution and monitoring of Google Ads campaigns for skcengineering.in.
• Assist with basic content coordination (captions, scheduling, simple creatives) for social channels.
• Track basic digital metrics (leads, engagement, reach) and flag what's working.
Vendor Engagement – RajKanya
• Identify and onboard local shopkeepers/vendors city-wise as partners for RajKanya's ethnic wear
platform.
• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships: inventory listing coordination, referral tracking, and issue
resolution.
• Explain the partnership/referral commercial model to prospective vendors and negotiate terms within
guidelines.
• Provide regular updates on vendor onboarding progress and partnership performance.
What We're Looking For
• 0-4 years of experience in marketing, field sales, or brand roles — B2B/industrial and D2C/retail
exposure both a plus.
• Comfortable with travel and on-ground, face-to-face work — not a purely desk-based role.
• Working familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn) and basic digital ad concepts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; able to represent the brand confidently.
• Organized and able to independently plan, prioritize, and report on multiple parallel workstreams.
• Two-wheeler/own vehicle preferred, given the field component of the role.
• Basic English/Hindi fluency; local market knowledge is a plus.
Good to Have
• Prior experience with vendor/channel partner onboarding or referral-based partnership models.
• Exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads, or basic content creation tools.
• Experience working across more than one brand or business vertical simultaneously.
