Role: YouTube Content Research & Scripting Intern
Type: Unpaid Internship | Remote | Flexible Hours
What You'll Do
• Research trending topics, viral moments, audience interests, and content gaps across Indian YouTube.
• Turn broad topics into interesting, high-potential video ideas and unique angles.
• Deep-dive into topics and gather useful facts, examples, references, and insights before scripting.
• Write or outline YouTube scripts with strong hooks, storytelling, and viewer retention in mind.
• Suggest compelling titles and thumbnail angles designed to improve CTR.
• Bring weekly content ideas and pitches based on what's trending and what audiences are watching.
• Study similar channels and identify what's working, what's not, and why.
You're a Fit If You
• Genuinely watch and understand Indian YouTube not just casually scroll through it.
• Can research a topic independently and find the interesting story or angle behind it.
• Can write naturally in Hinglish, without sounding stiff, robotic, or overly formal.
• Understand what makes a YouTube hook, title, and idea compelling.
• Are curious about why some videos get clicked and watched while others don't.
• Are self-driven and don't need constant hand-holding.
• Can consistently commit 3–4 hours per week.
• Previous YouTube or scripting experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
