Role Description The HR and BD Intern will support both Human Resources and Business Development activities in a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist with recruitment coordination, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and employee onboarding documentation. The role will help maintain HR records, support implementation of HR policies, and assist with employee engagement initiatives and benefit-related queries. On the business development side, the intern will research potential clients, support outreach efforts, prepare presentation materials, and help maintain sales and partnership databases. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in meetings, and provide administrative and reporting support to HR and BD leadership.

Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in pursuing a career in people operations.
Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and ability to assist in applying them consistently.
Basic experience or academic exposure to Personnel Management, including record-keeping and employee lifecycle processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent productivity tools; comfort working with spreadsheets and presentations.
Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Prior internship or project experience in HR, recruitment, or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.
