Workers' Compensation Defense firm hiring a senior attorney. Competitive salary commensurate with experience + bonuses paid quarterly with car allowance. At least 5 years of experience preferred. Ideal candidates will handle a caseload of 50-70 files involving all aspects of workers' compensation. Firm is 100% paperless. All attorneys work remotely, however a physical office is located in Alameda county if preferred to work in the office. Attend depositions and hearings at Northern California WCAB Venues.
