Recruiter

We’re looking for a Recruiter who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in helping the right person find the right opportunity.
As a Recruiter, you’ll be involved throughout the hiring journey — from understanding what a team needs, to finding and connecting with candidates, to making sure every candidate has a positive experience along the way. We’re looking for someone who can balance business needs with empathy, good judgment, and a strong sense of fairness.
What you’ll do
Partner with hiring managers to understand their teams, priorities, and the people they’re looking to hire.
Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other creative approaches.
Review applications and identify candidates who have the right experience, potential, and motivation for the role.
Conduct thoughtful phone and video interviews, creating a comfortable experience where candidates can be themselves.
Keep candidates informed throughout the process and make sure communication is timely, clear, and respectful.
Coordinate interviews and work closely with hiring managers to keep the process moving.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Help improve our recruiting processes and candidate experience as we grow.
Keep accurate records and ensure hiring activity is organized and up to date.
Represent our company and culture honestly and professionally throughout the hiring process.
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a similar people-focused role.
Strong communication and listening skills.
The ability to build genuine relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Good judgment when evaluating experience, potential, and overall fit for a role.
Comfort managing multiple openings and priorities at the same time.
A proactive approach — you don’t wait for great candidates to find you.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Someone who is approachable, curious, organized, and comfortable having honest conversations.
