2. About the Opportunity:
The Content Marketing Manager will lead the creation and management of content that drives demand generation. This role involves owning the editorial calendar, producing and overseeing high-quality, performance-optimized copy, and building scalable workflows for content production. Working closely with marketing teams and product managers, the position translates technical positioning into engaging content that educates and converts target audiences. This role is vital in sustaining a steady flow of content that supports pipeline growth and overall marketing effectiveness.
3. Responsibilities:
Own the editorial calendar and ensure consistent, timely content production across blog, email, social, and web channels
Write high-quality, optimized copy for demand generation campaigns including emails, subject lines, landing pages, social ads, and CTAs
Brief, manage, and edit external contributors such as freelancers, agencies, and subject matter experts to maintain quality and brand voice
Edit and refine content from executives, sales, and technical experts into polished, on-brand assets
Develop and maintain editorial templates, content briefs, and workflows to scale content output without compromising quality
Create SEO-optimized blog posts and thought leadership pieces to build authority with data science and AI audiences
Collaborate with vertical marketers and product marketing managers to adapt technical messaging for various audience segments
Enforce brand voice consistency and copyedit content to enhance clarity and structure
Measure and report on content performance, iterating based on engagement, conversion, and pipeline data
Support campaign launches with copy for nurture tracks, social promotions, and event materials
4. Requirements:
Over 3 years of B2B content marketing or copywriting experience, preferably in SaaS or technical fields
Proven ability to write varied content styles and to brief others effectively
Experience managing or editing external contributors and improving output quality through editorial processes
Ability to analyze and improve content performance using data-driven methods
Strong SEO knowledge including on-page optimization and content planning
Excellent copyediting skills with a focus on brand voice, clarity, and structure
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
Experience in startup or high-growth environments is a plus
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Compensation Range $110,000—$120,000 USD
