2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Product Manager II is responsible for leading strategic initiatives within the Enterprise Fraud Management portfolio. This role involves executing product strategy across multiple lines, driving product packaging, international expansion, and the adoption of fraud and payment risk products. The position acts as a key liaison for customer insights and commercial strategy, collaborating closely with delivery teams to prioritize features and maintain product performance for a global customer base. Additionally, this role includes mentoring team members and participating in recruitment.
3. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain deep understanding of customer use cases and market trends across regions
Translate customer needs into product capabilities and guide teams to meet these needs
Analyze market dynamics, competitors, and regulatory environments to inform strategies
Use metrics and data analysis to track product performance and guide decision making
Create go-to-market and launch plans in coordination with marketing and sales teams
Develop product packaging, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning
Manage product lifecycle from planning through release and post-launch adoption
Write clear requirements and drive solutions for complex design challenges
Execute approved product roadmaps and communicate progress to stakeholders
Prepare operating budgets and support business cases for product investments
4. Requirements:
Proven experience in product management within fraud, identity, or payment risk domains
Strong customer focus with ability to gather and interpret market and customer insights
Proficiency in data-driven decision making, including metric tracking and analytics
Experience developing go-to-market strategies and product marketing collateral
Knowledge of product development lifecycles and agile methodologies
Ability to manage complex products and cross-functional teams independently
Commercial acumen with budget management and investment justification skills
