Single point of contact to nominated LSPs and internal stakeholders for both import and export-related inquiries
Manage day-to-day logistics operations including transport scheduling, shipment tracking, time window management and deviation handling
Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and manage transport bookings with carriers and freight forwarders
Daily alignment with transport management centre for in- and outbounds
Ensure compliance with international customs regulations and manage import/export documentation in collaboration with our partners
Management of related KPIs, collections of basic data for them
Participation in process-improvement projects
BSc in economics, business administration, finance or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in various areas of supply chain, particularly experience in logistics coordination, transport management, returns management, supply chain operations or similar.
Excellent communication and organization skills, proactive mindset
Ability to participate effectively as part of a team
Process oriented thinking and structured, precise working attitude
Active English and Hungarian language proficiency (written and oral)
