Vice President of Enterprise Systems

Role Description The Vice President of Enterprise Systems is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the strategy, design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Proyéctate Pyme’s core technology and enterprise platforms. This position oversees the selection, integration, and governance of systems supporting finance, operations, sales, and customer experience, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include directing enterprise architecture initiatives, managing vendor relationships, prioritizing system enhancements, and coordinating cross-functional projects with IT, product, and business leaders. The role also involves building and mentoring a high-performing technical team, monitoring performance metrics, resolving complex system issues, and driving continuous improvement in processes and technology. The Vice President of Enterprise Systems collaborates closely with executive leadership to inform digital transformation roadmaps and support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership in enterprise systems strategy, including enterprise architecture, systems integration, and platform governance.
Experience overseeing implementation and optimization of ERP, CRM, and other core business systems in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
Proficiency in project and program management, including prioritization, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Strong background in IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity best practices to ensure reliability, security, and compliance.
Ability to leverage data and analytics tools for performance monitoring, reporting, and strategic decision support.
Proven track record of building, mentoring, and retaining diverse, high-performing technical and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills for working with executive leadership, vendors, and internal partners.
Experience in remote leadership, with the ability to manage distributed teams and deliver outcomes in a virtual environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
Background in supporting small and midsize business (SMB) environments or SaaS/technology-driven organizations is highly beneficial.
