Vice President of Enterprise Architecture

Role Description The Vice President of Enterprise Architecture is a full-time, remote role responsible for defining and governing the enterprise-wide technology architecture that supports KASSAI CAPITAL SGOIC’s business strategy. This role oversees the design of application and data architectures, ensuring alignment with operational, regulatory, and risk management requirements across asset management functions. The Vice President collaborates with technology, operations, investment, and compliance teams to evaluate solutions, set architectural standards, and guide technology roadmaps. Daily activities include reviewing and refining architecture blueprints, leading architecture reviews, providing guidance to software development teams, and ensuring scalable, secure, and resilient systems. The role also involves monitoring emerging technologies, advising on modernization initiatives, and fostering a culture of architectural discipline and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Enterprise Architecture and Architecture skills, with experience designing and governing end-to-end technology landscapes.
Candidates should possess Application Architecture skills, including the ability to design modular, scalable, and secure application ecosystems.
Candidates should possess Software Development skills, with a solid understanding of modern development practices, frameworks, and integration patterns.
Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills, including experience with data architecture, data governance, and analytical platforms.
Extensive experience in financial services or asset management, preferably in emerging markets, and familiarity with regulatory and risk requirements.
Proven leadership capabilities in guiding cross-functional technology initiatives, influencing senior stakeholders, and mentoring architecture teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote and multicultural environment.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in enterprise-scale architecture roles.
