Lead the global Engineering, Technology and AI organizations.
Drive excellence in architecture, scalability, reliability, security and engineering velocity.
Accelerate capabilities around Agentic AI, AI agents, orchestration, tool use, enterprise APIs, context, memory, evaluation and governance.
Move AI rapidly from experimentation into reliable, scalable enterprise products.
Drive adoption of AI-assisted software engineering to improve productivity and speed.
Customer Success & Customer Operations
Lead the global customer organization across:
Customer Success
Professional Services / Implementation
Technical Support
Customer Account Management
Adoption, Renewals and Retention
Company Leadership
Partner closely with the CEO on strategy and execution.
Help shape Company's long-term Agentic AI strategy.
Drive accountability across global teams.
Build and mentor strong senior leadership across Product, Engineering, AI and Customer.
Participate in major strategic and investment decisions.
Sales and Marketing will remain outside this role, though the COO will work closely with GTM leadership on product differentiation, customer requirements and Agentic AI positioning.
