*We're looking for a Co-Founding CTO to build India's next big financial aggregator platform. 🇮🇳**
This isn't a hire — it's a co-founder search. Real equity, real ownership, a seat at the table.
We're building an aggregator app for India's & Worlds financial markets, and we need a full time CTO on board from day one.
**Your Scope:**
🔹 Complete technical architecture, security, and scalability of the platform
🔹 Day-to-day operations & maintenance of a live financial aggregator app — uptime, performance, incident response
🔹 Compliance-grade data handling — Account Aggregator (AA) framework, encryption, API security
🔹 Hiring and leading the engineering team as we scale
🔹 All build-vs-buy, infra, and vendor decisions for tech
**What we're looking for:**
✅ 8+ years in App development, 3+ years leading teams as CTO / VP Eng / Head of Engineering
✅ Hands-on fluency across multiple languages/stacks (Node.js, Python, Java, Go, etc.) and cloud infra (AWS/GCP/Azure)
✅ Experience running production systems at scale in fintech, banking tech, or another regulated, data-heavy domain
✅ Strong grasp of financial data aggregation, APIs, and security/compliance standards in India
✅ Startup mindset — comfortable owning ambiguity and moving fast
Equity + compensation structured as a true co-founder package — this is about building something together, not clocking in.
