Job role: Senior SAP Analytics Business Analyst / Analytics Lead
Location: Remote(India)

We are seeking a Senior SAP Analytics Business Analyst / Analytics Lead
You will bridge the gap between Tax stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex Tax processes and compliance requirements into robust data models, CDS views, and SAC analytical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Requirements to Delivery: Own the end-to-end analytics requirements lifecycle, translating Tax reporting and compliance needs into functional specs, KPIs, and dashboards.
· Solution Design: Define and build intuitive SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) stories, dashboards, and analytical applications.
· Data Modeling & Architecture: Partner with engineering teams to design CDS views, reusable semantic layers, and data models across SAP Datasphere and S/4HANA.
· Tax Governance: Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops with Tax & Finance teams to establish standardized enterprise KPI definitions and data quality controls.
Key Requirements
· Senior BA Experience: Proven track record owning analytics delivery across at least one full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
· Tax Domain Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of Tax processes (direct/indirect tax, reporting, and compliance). (IMPORTNAT MUST HAVE)
· Technical Analytics Depth: Hands-on proficiency with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), S/4HANA Embedded Analytics (specifically CDS Views), and SAP Datasphere / BW. (IMPORTNAT MUST HAVE)
· Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively between senior Tax leaders and technical developers.
