Role Description This is a full-time remote role for US B2B Callers. The role involves making outbound B2B calls to prospects and existing business contacts in the United States to introduce KADAL Solutions’ offerings, qualify leads, and schedule meetings or demos for the business development team. US B2B Callers will follow structured call scripts while adapting messaging to different industries, capture key customer information, and update CRM or call tracking tools accurately. They will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to execute call campaigns, nurture relationships with decision-makers, and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends. The role also includes meeting daily and weekly calling targets, maintaining a professional and courteous tone, and adhering to all company communication standards and data privacy guidelines.
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear articulation skills suitable for professional B2B calls with US-based clients.
Experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation in a B2B environment, preferably in technology or industrial sectors.
Ability to understand and explain technical solutions at a high level, including concepts related to infrastructure, engineering services, and digital transformation.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, call tracking tools, and basic productivity software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, online meeting platforms).
Customer-focused mindset with skills in relationship building, objection handling, and consultative conversation.
Comfort working US business hours, managing time effectively, and achieving daily/weekly call and conversion targets in a remote setting.
Strong English language skills with a neutral, professional accent and clear telephone etiquette.
High level of reliability, self-discipline, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Prior experience in business development, account coordination, or sales support is an advantage.
Familiarity with US business culture and basic knowledge of industrial or technology markets is preferred.
