The Conner Kline Farmers Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated Insurance Agent who enjoys working with people, is driven by goals, and wants an opportunity to grow.
Insurance experience isn't required. If you have a background in sales, customer service, retail, banking, hospitality, healthcare, or another customer-facing role, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Connect with new and existing customers through leads, referrals, phone calls, and follow-up
- Learn about customers' needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
- Build long-term client relationships and identify additional coverage opportunities
- Manage your sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects
- Work toward individual and agency sales goals
- Participate in ongoing sales coaching and insurance training
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable talking with customers over the phone
- Motivated by goals, performance, and earning potential
- Persistent when faced with rejection or setbacks
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain one
