BUILD A CAREER IN INSURANCE SALES
The Holly Benson Agency is looking for a motivated, people-focused Insurance Sales Agent to join our Farmers Insurance agency in Dimondale.
You’ll work with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs, recommend coverage, and build lasting relationships. Insurance experience is not required. We provide hands-on training, coaching, and support to help you learn the industry and grow your sales skills.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Connect with prospective customers through leads, referrals, outbound calls, and follow-up
- Ask questions to understand each customer’s needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
- Build relationships with customers and identify additional coverage opportunities
- Maintain consistent follow-up and manage your sales pipeline
- Work toward individual and agency sales goals
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with new people and working in a sales environment
- Motivated by goals, performance, and earning potential
- Persistent and able to move forward after hearing “no”
- Coachable, dependable, and willing to learn
- Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, or other customer-facing experience is a plus
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain licensing
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
