Position: DevOps & Cloud Trainer
Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate DevOps & Cloud Trainer who can deliver practical, industry-oriented training to students and working professionals.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Cloud Computing, DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, automation and cloud infrastructure, along with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions on DevOps & Cloud technologies
Deliver practical labs, assignments, projects and real-world use cases
Train students on cloud infrastructure, deployment and automation
Develop and update course content, presentations, lab exercises and projects
Mentor students on technical projects and troubleshooting
Conduct assessments, mock interviews and technical evaluations
Guide students in building industry-relevant DevOps projects
Support students with interview and career preparation
Keep training content updated with current DevOps and cloud practices

Candidate Requirements
2–5 years of relevant hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, SRE or related roles
Strong practical knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP and DevOps tools
Prior experience in training, mentoring or technical teaching will be preferred
Production/project experience in DevOps or Cloud is highly desirable
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain technical concepts to beginners as well as advanced learners
Passion for teaching and mentoring students
Comfortable conducting offline classroom and practical lab sessions
Good English and Hindi communication skills
Preferred Certifications
AWS Certified Solutions Architect
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
Microsoft Azure certifications
Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
Terraform or other relevant DevOps certifications
What We Expect From the Trainer
Not just PPT-based training.
The trainer should be capable of taking students through a complete practical workflow:
Code → Git → CI/CD → Docker → Kubernetes → Cloud Deployment → Monitoring → Troubleshooting
