🔥 Convert qualified enquiries into admissions through genuine counselling.
🤝 Build strong relationships with students and parents.
📲 Follow up with leads without being robotic or spammy.
📊 Maintain lead follow-ups, counselling notes & admission data in CRM.
🚀 Participate in seminars, workshops, career events & college outreach activities.
🎓 Stay updated with Cybrom's latest programs, technologies & placement initiatives.

🗣️ Confident in Hindi + English communication

🧠 Good at understanding student psychology & career needs
🎯 Target-oriented without compromising on counselling quality
📱 Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp & digital communication
💪 Someone who enjoys challenges and closing conversations
🎓 Graduate in any discipline
Experience in EdTech / Education Counselling / Inside Sales / Admissions is a plus.
