Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior WMS Solution Architect with strong Blue Yonder WMS experience to lead warehouse management system implementations for customers across the U.S.
This is a customer-facing functional/solution architecture role focused on understanding warehouse operations, gathering requirements, designing WMS solutions, configuring the system, managing integrations, testing, and supporting go-live.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading full-lifecycle Blue Yonder WMS implementations and can work directly with warehouse operations, business users, IT teams, and technical teams.
Must-have Requirements
Candidates should have:
8+ years of Tier-1 WMS experience
5+ years of Blue Yonder WMS experience
Experience leading 5+ full-lifecycle WMS implementations as a Functional Lead or Solution Lead
Strong hands-on Blue Yonder WMS configuration experience
Strong understanding of warehouse/DC operations
Experience with WMS integrations with ERP, OMS, TMS, host, and parcel systems
3+ years of SQL experience
Experience with multiple databases
Experience with WMS testing, QA, data setup, and troubleshooting
Experience creating functional designs, process flows, SOPs, and solution documentation
Strong customer-facing communication and consulting skills
Ability to travel 30-50% annually
Key Responsibilities
WMS Solution Design
Lead customer requirements-gathering sessions and design workshops.
Understand current warehouse processes and develop future-state solutions.
Translate business requirements into Blue Yonder WMS functional designs and configurations.
Lead solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, and go-live.
Identify and resolve functional issues during implementation and production support.
Provide customer training and post-go-live support.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Computer Science, MIS, Operations, or related field preferred.
Equivalent relevant technology/WMS experience may be considered.
Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field is a plus.
TRAVEL
Primarily remote.
Approximately 30-50% travel to customer sites across the U.S.
Must be comfortable working directly with customers in warehouse/distribution center environments.
Ability to handle objects weighing up to approximately 30 lbs when required.
