Vice President of Product Management

Role Description The Vice President of Product Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the product vision and strategy across HFD CONSTRUCTION GROUP LIMITED’s commercial real estate offerings and related services. This role oversees the product lifecycle from concept through launch and continuous improvement, collaborating closely with executive leadership, operations, sales, marketing, and technology teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on market research and business objectives, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions. The Vice President of Product Management will analyze performance data, identify opportunities for growth and optimization, and ensure that products align with client needs, regulatory requirements, and company goals. The role also includes mentoring product managers, establishing best practices, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and clear communication.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Product Management and Product Strategy skills, including roadmap development, portfolio management, and market positioning.
Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret market data, financial metrics, and customer insights to inform product decisions.
Candidates should possess effective Team Leadership and Project Management skills to guide cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery.
Candidates should possess strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills suited to a senior leadership role.
Experience in commercial real estate, construction, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated experience in a senior product leadership role, ideally at the director or vice president level.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, real estate, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an asset.
