Role Description The Administrative Clerk is a full-time, on-site role based in Burja, responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. Key tasks include managing records and filing systems, preparing and organizing documents, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies and inventories. The role involves answering phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and supporting scheduling, meeting coordination, and basic data entry. The Administrative Clerk will collaborate with various teams, assist with routine reporting and documentation, and follow established policies and procedures to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
