Role Description The Vice President Finance role is a full-time, remote position responsible for leading the financial strategy and operations of Dr Lal Path Labs. This role includes overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, as well as reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports. The Vice President Finance will manage financial controls, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support executive decision-making with data-driven insights. The position also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing resource allocation, and contributing to growth initiatives and risk management.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Planning to lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial initiatives.
Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial documentation.
Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, evaluate performance, and support executive decision-making.
Extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles, preferably within healthcare or diagnostic services.
Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or an MBA in Finance are highly beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with distributed teams.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
