Job Description
AU Small Finance Bank is looking for energetic and customer-focused Tele Collection Executives to join our team in Chitoor.
The role involves interacting with customers over the phone, following up on overdue payments, understanding customer concerns, and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding dues while maintaining professional customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan payments.
- Follow up with customers and obtain payment commitments.
- Explain outstanding amounts, applicable charges, and payment timelines clearly.
- Maintain regular follow-ups as per the assigned portfolio.
- Update customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up details in the system.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues wherever required.
- Achieve assigned collection and productivity targets.
- Ensure compliance with the bank's collection processes and guidelines.
Eligibility & Skills
- Graduate / Degree Mandatory.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Tamil / Telugu / Kannada language proficiency preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable making frequent outbound calls.
- Candidates with prior tele-calling, collections, banking, NBFC, or financial-services experience will be preferred.
- CIBIL/credit profile requirements as per bank policy.
