Role Description The Cluster Head is a full-time role responsible for overseeing and growing Radiant Acemoney’s operations within the Dibrugarh East cluster, in a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves managing and supporting business correspondent networks, merchant acquisition and activation, and the rollout of digital banking and payments solutions across partner banks and institutions in the region. The Cluster Head will monitor daily performance metrics, ensure service quality and compliance, and coordinate with internal teams on product deployment, issue resolution, and operational improvements. The role includes building and maintaining relationships with local partners, training and guiding field teams, and identifying new business opportunities within the cluster. The Cluster Head will regularly report on cluster performance, implement strategic initiatives, and contribute to scalable processes that strengthen Radiant Acemoney’s footprint in underserved markets.
Qualifications
Strong experience in regional operations management, cluster or territory leadership, and field team supervision, ideally within fintech, banking, or financial services.
Knowledge of digital payments, banking products, business correspondent models, and merchant acquisition, with the ability to translate product capabilities into practical solutions for local markets.
Proficiency in relationship management, stakeholder coordination, and negotiation, with demonstrated ability to build trust with partner banks, BCs, merchants, and local institutions.
Solid analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to track KPIs, interpret operational data, and implement performance improvement plans.
Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to train and motivate on-ground teams and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving business needs across diverse geographies.
