Role Description The Full Stack Developer (Remote) role is a full-time position responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. Day-to-day tasks include implementing user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, optimizing application performance, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. The developer will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into high-quality, secure, and maintainable code. Additional responsibilities include participating in code reviews, troubleshooting issues, writing technical documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices. This role is fully remote and requires effective communication, time management, and the ability to work independently within distributed teams.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience delivering production-ready web applications.
Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible interfaces.
Experience in Back-End Web Development, including building APIs, managing data persistence, and working with server-side frameworks.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases and basic understanding of application security best practices.
Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and write clear, maintainable code.
Strong communication skills and comfort working in remote, cross-functional teams across time zones.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
