About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, JavaScript Front-End Engineer to join BNY Mellon's Enterprise Transformation Organization. This strategic role is based in either Pittsburgh, PA, or Lake Mary, FL, and is integral to driving the development of innovative digital solutions that enhance the company's technological capabilities. As a key member of the front-end development team, you will lead the creation of robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications that meet the evolving needs of our clients and internal stakeholders. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Typically, candidates should have between 5 to 9 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong emphasis on JavaScript frameworks and libraries. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is mandatory, with a particular focus on Angular and other modern front-end technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues are essential. Responsibilities
