Role Description The Export Manager at Beehive Farms will oversee end-to-end export operations for the company’s food products, ensuring timely and compliant shipments to international markets. This full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana includes managing export documentation, coordinating with logistics providers, and ensuring adherence to international trade regulations, quality standards, and customer requirements. The Export Manager will develop and maintain relationships with overseas buyers, distributors, and agents, negotiate commercial terms, and respond to customer inquiries. The role involves contributing to export sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and collaborating closely with production, quality, finance, and warehouse teams to align supply with demand. The Export Manager will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to support informed business planning and sustainable growth in international markets.
Qualifications
Strong export operations skills, including export documentation, shipment coordination, and compliance with international regulations.
Experience in business planning and sales forecasting to support export growth and profitability.
Knowledge of international business and international trade practices, including trade laws, customs procedures, and INCOTERMS.
Proven ability to drive export sales and manage relationships with international customers, distributors, and agents.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field; an MBA or specialized export/import certification is an advantage.
Familiarity with FMCG or food industry exports and global quality standards such as ISO, HACCP, and organic certifications.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and contract management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP or export management software, with effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional foreign language skills arey
