We are currently seeking entry-level Operations Associates to join our growing team immediately. This role is critical to supporting daily operations and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with candidate processing, including submissions to clients and interview scheduling
Respond to client inquiries via email and phone
Prepare and maintain staff activity reports
Collect and track weekly timesheets
Support new hire onboarding activities (offer letters, background check processing, etc.)
Perform additional tasks as assigned
Requirements
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
0–1 year of experience; customer service–related experience preferred
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to clearly explain complex information
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
Ability to work night shifts (6:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST)
Reliable high-speed internet connection (50–70 Mbps broadband/WiFi)
Desktop or laptop with Intel i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent), with a minimum of 8GB RAM, running Windows 10 or Windows 11, capable of supporting VoIP and Microsoft Teams.
