Trainer - US STAFFING

We are looking for someone who has experience working in the Staffing Industry as a Healthcare/IT/NON-IT/Engineering/Pharma Trainer.
Job Description:
Work mode: Hybrid (3 week remote, 1 week onsite)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the staffing and recruitment industry, with expertise in designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and competencies of our recruitment professionals. As a Trainer, you will play a critical role in onboarding new hires, conducting ongoing training sessions, and supporting the continuous development of our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:
Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of recruitment professionals.
Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and interactive activities.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs.
Training Delivery:
Conduct training sessions for new hires, covering recruitment processes, tools, and industry-specific knowledge.
Facilitate ongoing training sessions to enhance the skills of existing staff, including advanced recruitment techniques, DEI initiatives, and leadership development.
Use a variety of training methods (in-person, virtual, workshops, etc.) to cater to different learning styles.
Assessment and Evaluation:
Develop and implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Provide feedback and coaching to trainees to support their professional growth.
Analyse training data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with HR, recruitment managers, and team leaders to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
Support the onboarding process by mentoring new hires and helping them integrate into the company culture.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to identify areas for enhancement.
Stay informed about new training technologies and methodologies to keep training programs current and effective.
Qualifications:
Proven experience of 1-2 years as a Trainer in the staffing and recruitment industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
