Role Description The Social Media Manager will oversee Dessin Le Arte’s presence across key social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engaging storytelling aligned with the company’s creative vision. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida includes planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling content, and optimizing posts for reach and engagement. The role involves monitoring social media trends, responding to audience comments and messages, and maintaining a positive, professional online community. The Social Media Manager will analyze performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements to content strategy and social media optimization. Collaboration with design, sales, and management teams is expected to align digital communication with product launches, promotions, and overall brand goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns.
Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy and Writing to develop compelling, on-brand content for various platforms.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage audiences, coordinate with internal teams, and represent the brand clearly and professionally.
Experience managing social media accounts for design, art, or lifestyle brands is beneficial.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Instagram Analytics, or similar) and basic understanding of paid promotions is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment.
