Position: Product Manager – Digital Content Management
Location: LATAM Remote
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Duration: 12+ months
Employment: Contract
Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Manager with strong experience in digital products, content management, and enterprise CMS platforms. The ideal candidate will manage multiple digital content workstreams across web and mobile experiences and collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, QA, Analytics, Editorial, and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple digital products and content workstreams, priorities, dependencies, and timelines.
Coordinate projects from intake through launch and post-launch support.
Manage backlogs, delivery plans, milestones, and release schedules.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Engineering, QA, Analytics, Editorial, and Operations.
Support release readiness, production deployments, and post-launch validation.
Manage digital content operations within enterprise CMS platforms.
Create, update, configure, publish, and maintain digital content for web and mobile.
Manage pages, components, media assets, metadata, and supporting configurations.
Support launches, promotions, operational updates, and content releases.
Troubleshoot content and configuration issues.
Ensure content quality, accessibility, brand consistency, and governance.
Identify and manage risks, blockers, and dependencies.
Support process improvements, documentation, audits, and governance activities.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in digital products, content management, web, or mobile.
Hands-on experience with an enterprise CMS.
Experience with content publishing, page creation, content maintenance, and digital content operations.
Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams.
Strong cross-functional stakeholder management experience.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
Strong Jira and Confluence experience.
Experience supporting product launches and releases.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience working with remote/distributed/international teams.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Consumer web/mobile experience.
Digital Asset Management (DAM) experience.
Release management and production support.
Analytics and performance reporting.
Personalization and content targeting.
Experience in media, entertainment, hospitality, travel, or other consumer digital environments.
Experience with enterprise content platforms.
