𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:
We are looking for 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗿𝘀 who have strong grassroots/community connections, good local networks, and the ability to independently work in the field for our skill development projects. The role involves community outreach, identification of potential beneficiaries, awareness generation, candidate counselling, and mobilization for 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
The Community Mobilizer will conduct grassroots outreach and candidate mobilization across Ahmedabad, identify eligible beneficiaries through local networks and community groups, counsel and mobilize candidates for residential skill development programs, conduct field visits and awareness activities, support documentation, enrollment, verification and onboarding, maintain field records and reports, coordinate with the project team, and independently achieve assigned mobilization targets.
𝗙𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 & 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
𝗢𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝘄𝗼-𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 for this role.
Candidates must be comfortable with 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗱 for community mobilization activities.
𝗙𝘂𝗲𝗹/𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱/𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗺𝗯𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆.
The mobilizer will be responsible for 𝗲𝗻𝗱-𝘁𝗼-𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 across assigned areas of Ahmedabad for residential skill development programs.
Candidates should be comfortable with 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝘁𝘀-𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 and direct interaction with communities and beneficiaries.

This is a 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 initially offered for a 𝟲-𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗱.
Based on satisfactory performance and project/organizational requirements, the candidate may be considered for 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱/𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗻-𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 after completion of the initial 6-month contractual period.
