In addition to skilling, SAMKALP works in agriculture and natural farming as an Authorized Regional Council under PGS–India, providing organic farming certification and farmer capacity-building support. 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:
We are looking for 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗿𝘀 who have strong grassroots/community connections, good local networks, and the ability to independently work in the field for our skill development projects. The role involves community outreach, identification of potential beneficiaries, awareness generation, candidate counselling, and mobilization for 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀. The selected candidate will be expected to develop community-level connections, conduct regular field visits, identify eligible candidates, explain the available training and residential facilities, and support candidates through the enrollment process.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Conduct extensive field-level community outreach and mobilization across Ahmedabad.
Identify and connect with potential beneficiaries through local networks, community contacts, SHGs, NGOs, local organizations, and other community stakeholders.
Mobilize eligible candidates from 𝗻𝗼𝗻-𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹/𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀.
Create awareness about training programs, residential facilities, career opportunities, and employment-oriented skill development programs.
Conduct candidate counselling and explain eligibility, program benefits, training duration, residential arrangements, and other relevant project details.
Conduct field visits, community meetings, awareness drives, and other mobilization activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, SHGs, NGOs, local organizations, and other stakeholders.
Follow up with interested candidates from initial interaction through documentation and enrollment.
Coordinate with the project team for effective mobilization, candidate verification, and onboarding.
Maintain basic records and provide regular updates on field activities and mobilization progress.
Independently manage assigned areas and work towards achieving project-specific mobilization targets.

The mobilizer will be responsible for 𝗲𝗻𝗱-𝘁𝗼-𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 across assigned areas of Ahmedabad for residential skill development programs.
Candidates should be comfortable with 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝘁𝘀-𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 and direct interaction with communities and beneficiaries.
The position requires regular outdoor work, field visits, community meetings, and candidate outreach.

This is a 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 initially offered for a 𝟲-𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗱.
During the contractual period, the candidate's field performance, mobilization outcomes, work quality, discipline, reporting, and overall contribution will be evaluated.
Based on satisfactory performance and project/organizational requirements, the candidate may be considered for 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱/𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗻-𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 after completion of the initial 6-month contractual period.
On-roll employment is not automatic and will be subject to the organization's applicable policies, performance evaluation, and available project requirements.
