About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
The Wealthy Practitioner is hiring a Campaign Manager to own the execution engine behind our marketing campaigns.
We run launches, challenges, masterclasses, live events, evergreen initiatives, promotions, and new growth experiments throughout the year.
We have plenty of ideas and strategy.
What we need is the person who can take an approved strategy and turn it into a campaign that is organized, built, tested, launched, and continuously evaluated for performance.
This is not just a project management role.
You need to understand marketing well enough to recognize when something isn't working—and help figure out why.
GoHighLevel Experience Is Required
This is a hands-on role.
You should be comfortable personally building, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting inside GoHighLevel (GHL), including:
Funnels and landing pages
Forms and calendars
Workflows and automations
Email and SMS
Tags, triggers, and segmentation
Checkout links and customer journeys
If a workflow isn't firing correctly, your first instinct should be to open GHL and investigate it, not simply assign the problem to someone else.
Prior hands-on GoHighLevel experience is required. Candidates without it will not be considered.
You Need to Understand Marketing, Too
You aren't responsible for setting TWP's overall marketing strategy, but you need a strong understanding of internet and direct-response marketing fundamentals.
That includes offers, positioning, copy, messaging, funnels, traffic, conversion, email/SMS, and customer journeys.
If registrations are down, we expect you to think beyond whether everything was delivered on time.
Is it traffic? The offer? Positioning? Copy? Funnel friction? Follow-up? A technical issue?
You don't need to personally solve every problem, but you should be able to identify likely breakdowns, ask intelligent questions, and bring the right people together to improve performance.
What You'll Own
Once campaign strategy is approved, you become the execution owner.
You'll:
Build and manage complete campaign plans in ClickUp
Own timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines
Coordinate contributors across Marketing, Acquisition, Sales, Client Experience, Events, and other teams
Build and manage campaign infrastructure inside GHL
QA the complete customer journey before launch
Surface blockers and unclear ownership early
Monitor campaign performance after launch
Help diagnose execution, technology, traffic, offer, messaging, copy, and conversion issues
Lead campaign closeout and document learnings for future campaigns
You'll be the person who can confidently say:
It's built. It's tested. We're ready to go live. And we know what we're watching once it does.
You're Probably Our Person If...
You see a big idea and immediately start figuring out how all the pieces fit together.
You're highly organized—but you're not just an organizer. You execute.
You can manage people, timelines, dependencies, and details while understanding how the campaign functions as a whole.
You notice the broken link. You ask what happens after the form submission. You realize nobody built the reminder sequence. You catch that Sales doesn't know where the leads are going.
And when performance is below expectations, you don't simply say, "Everything was built correctly."
You want to know why.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in campaign management, marketing project management, launch management, or a comparable execution-focused marketing role
Demonstrated hands-on GoHighLevel experience
Experience personally working with GHL workflows, automations, email/SMS, forms, funnels, landing pages, tags, triggers, and campaign infrastructure
Strong understanding of performance-driven internet marketing and direct-response fundamentals
Experience managing multi-channel campaigns from planning through closeout
Strong project management, communication, and accountability skills
Ability to identify problems, make informed recommendations, and drive next steps without waiting for someone else to notice
Experience with ClickUp, launches, challenges, webinars/masterclasses, live events, online education, coaching, memberships, digital products, paid acquisition, or funnel optimization is a plus.
What Success Looks Like
Campaigns launch on time.
The team knows exactly what they own.
GoHighLevel is built correctly. Automations fire. Links work. Customer journeys make sense.
Sales and Client Experience receive clean handoffs.
Problems are caught during QA instead of by customers.
And once a campaign launches, you're still paying attention.
You help us understand what's working, what isn't, and where we should improve next.
Most importantly, the Director of Brand & Growth can set the strategy and trust you to drive execution across the finish line.
Why TWP
The Wealthy Practitioner is a fast-growing coaching and education company serving health and wellness practitioners.
We're building the next stage of TWP—and the marketing infrastructure capable of supporting much bigger growth.
You'll work across launches, masterclasses, challenges, events, evergreen funnels, promotions, and new initiatives.
This is an opportunity to help us build the campaign operating system, not simply maintain one.
If your brain naturally turns:
“Here's what we want to do.”
into:
“It's built, tested, and ready to go.”
—and then asks what we can improve once it's live—
we want to hear from you.
